This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Swimsuits (ABN 11 078 133 614) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit smartswimsuits.com.au or buy from us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and, for New Zealand customers, the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

Payment details: payments are processed by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card number.

Marketing preferences: whether you've subscribed to our emails, and how you interact with them (for example, opens and clicks).
Device and browsing information: your IP address, browser, device type, approximate location, pages visited and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you place an order, create an account, request a return, join our email list or contact us. We also collect information automatically when you use our website, and from our service providers (for example, delivery updates from Australia Post).

4. Marketing emails
